Repair black vinyl bag cracking, tearing and hole

I have a black vinyl chanel bag and in some places there are cracked tears and small pieces that have detached so the vinyl is no longer there and lets the fabric appear. How to repair it alone at home because I have not found anyone in Paris to repair it or do you know who can do it

Hello,
I have exactly the same problem. A Chanel Coco tote bag. A miniature alcohol bottle spilled inside, leaving some marks on the bottom of the bag. It remains in very good condition but I no longer dare to wear it for fear that the marks will turn into irreversible cracks.
If you can help me, I would be very grateful.
