Hello,
I have an old chesterfield armchair, it is very dark burgundy, I would have liked to recolour it in black, or dye it, I don't know what the exact word is, but keep a matt look if possible.
Do you think that the quantity for a club is sufficient for a chesterfield, and at the kit level, I didn't really understand the difference between the 2 concerning the renovation or recoloration of old leather, if not the choice of color. Can you tell me which one would be the most appropriate?

Hello,
The difference between a recolouring by pigmentation (plain coloured leather upholstery) and the colouring of a club armchair (colour with shades) is that in the first case it is a surface colouring which possibly masks the scars of the skin and in the second case a deep colouring by applying a colouring agent (club armchair). The coloring of a chesterfield is the combination of the 2, a surface coloring followed by an application of coloring (bordeaux in your case) very concentrated on the buttons with a glossy varnish finish. You can easily recolour it in matt black by simply specifying matt for Silky Coating. You must therefore choose your products in the leather lounge tab and not club chair.
