Renovation of peugeot leather steering wheel

I would like to renovate my "pluche" steering wheel, I would like to know if I should order the repair stick or the special steering wheel kit!
which would be the most suitable, knowing that there is no hole on the steering wheel just the skin of the leather that peels and/or blisters

Hello,
Thank you for your answer, so I ordered the special flying kit.
So you have to "sand" the whole steering wheel with sandpaper (even at the ends, see pictures with links) and then apply the product?
What is the cigar cleaned with if you put it on the grey plastic parts of the steering wheel? white spirit? other?
