Renovation of audi tt seats

Hello.
I would like to give a new lease of life to my sports seats (so well exposed to friction during entry/exit...), what can you advise me?
It is necessary to take a hole of about 2mm/2mm, several wear cracks, and dye it all back in black. I would like to point out that this is fine Audi nappa leather.
