Audi q5 door panel recollection

I would like to recolor a complete set of door panels for an Audi Q5.

these panels are made of two materials:

in leatherette (I suppose) for the upper part of the panel (top top of the armrest)

made of hard plastic for the lower part of the panel (under the armrest)

these panels bought second-hand are dark brown in color. I would like to re-color them because my interior is black.

Question :

for leatherette, is the'black leatherette aerosol dye can' suitable?

if so, is it necessary to carry out a preliminary sanding? is there not a risk of damaging the "relief" of the leatherette?

for plastic, is the'black plastic re-colouring spray' suitable?

if so, is sanding and priming necessary?

finally advise me rather matt black or satin black?
